Card 41: Hina, Nurturing
Deeper meaning of Hina:
“The Hawaiian word Hina means "gray". Gray is the color offered as an alternative to black and white absolutist thinking. Gray is the basis if all creativity, and that we, like Hina, need to accept the unknown in order to discover and develop our full potential. Hina can be a reminder that in order for something to grow, it needs to be nurtured.”
